Part A – When You Buy Products

1. Submitting an Order

By placing an order through our website (“Order”), you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter into a binding contract

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

Submitting an Order is an offer to purchase Products. A contract is formed only once payment is approved and we confirm your Order by email.

 

2. Accounts (If Applicable)

You may need to create an account to place an Order. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

We may suspend or cancel accounts for breach of these terms.

 

3. Products

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen display and packaging updates.

Ownership of Products transfers to you only once payment is received in full. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

 

4. Food Products, Allergens & Use

Our Products are food items and may contain allergens.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring Products are consumed before the “best before” or “use by” date

  • Storing Products in accordance with label instructions

We are not responsible for illness or reactions caused by failure to follow label directions.

  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering

We may use third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply.

Optional:
If you offer Afterpay, Zip, or similar services, their terms apply and instalments must be paid even if a return is requested (subject to our returns policy).

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout

  • Delivery times are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control

International orders (if offered) may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.

 

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

We may cancel Orders at our discretion. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

7.2 Cancellations by You

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except as required by law.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns.

Refunds or replacements will be provided where:
